Ordering/Shipping Info

This site was developed to give AWS Global Infrastructure Services (AGIS) IP Edge BDs quick and easy access to branded event giveaways. The goal is to provide you with the tools needed to send items like a tablecloth, banner, or giveaways to events where attendee participation is no greater than 3,000 without having to engage the marketing team.

Examples of when to use this site include sending branded giveaways to a conference that AGIS is sponsoring (vs. marketing sponsoring), sending items to a partner that is requesting branded swag, sending a tablecloth or banner to yourself to bring on the road with you to a show.

Keep in mind that all banners ship separately.

Drapes and banners will need to be returned to the fulfillment center at the conclusion of your event, and should be received at a maximum of two weeks after your event. Return shipping labels and instructions will be sent out with the items ordered. 

TRANSIT TIMES

Below are maps which show transit times for UPS (top map) and Federal Express (bottom map) designed to help you determine how many days it will take for your shipment to get from the AGIS Fulfillment Center (located in WI) to your US/Domestic event. As you can see, transit time from WI to CA Bay Area is 5 days for UPS. However, with Federal Express it is only 4 days. We will always ship the most cost effective way.

Please account for weekends and holidays, they're not part of the estimated number of days in the legend.

Should you need expedited shipping, let us know when placing your order.  We'll make sure your items arrive in time for the event.  Orders placed by Noon Central Time (US) will ship out the same day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We ship International Enconomy whenever possible.  Transit time to nearly all overseas locations is 2 business days.  HOWEVER, we cannot control the time it takes shipments to get released from Customs.  Therefore, please place your orders for Intenational Shipments a full 10 business days before your requested in hands date.  Make sure you supply a local contact name, phone number and email address when completing the shipping label.
